ABOUT US
Hello, I'm Barbara Eastwood Coombs, I have facilitated the implementation of recycling programs since 1988. This includes working with Corporations, City and County facilities, Military Installations, Universities and School Districts.
With a background as a mill broker I understood the quality standards of the mills and how to teach that message to the users through signage, training and outreach.
Following the work as a broker I developed outreach material for the City of San Jose California to reach a 64% recycling rate.
